To recreate:
1.Run gource on MacBook Pro with a retina display

Unfortunately gource's beautiful effects are blurred due to upscaling the 
window.


Running gource 0.39 installed through homebrew on Mac OS 10.8

It does work if you run:

gource -f -2880x1800

Setting the width and height manually, but detecting full screen resolution 
could be good.

Agreed. I just fixed this in Logstalgia recently (defaults to the desktop 
resolution for full screen) and will apply it here also.

Don't think I've actually seen it running at that resolution before. Probably 
makes good use of the large sprites :)

gource -f -2880x1800 just makes it huge, and still blurry/pixelated (I'm 
running at "native" 2x mode - looks like 1440x900).
