Organisation approval function

Because we are making it easier for organisations to register on our website in order to create more projects, the admins will need to check each individual organisation manually for legitimacy and then approve or deny their profile.

Detailed Description

For that to happen we need to make sure non-approved organisations are not shown on the website.

Whenever an organisation first registers, they should be non-approved, and show up on the admin panel as in a different category.
Once admin verifies their legitimacy by checking with each country's charity registration office then they can be approved and their profile can be made live.
