Order of search result

currently, search result in the photographer and organization pages are being shown alphabetically. We should allow this to be changed to make it more relevant to the user.

Detailed Description

My suggestion is that at least for logged in users we sort the search result by proximity (geographic location) and common cause interest (animal, environment, community, etc)

Context

For example if an animal organisation searches for a photographer the first one's they will see will be the ones who have selected animal cause as a cause of interest near the organisation's location. This will allow local photographers to work with local organizations in a more convenient manner.
