Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We should we add an additional warning when doing an FPPOS update: "If you have any plugins installed, they will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled after an FPPOS upgrade."

If not users think the plugin is broken.

FPP devs discussed how to handle plugins around handling plugins after fppos installs generally, lots of ideas, complex scenarios needs more thought.

The error message already exists in later versions of 8
