Kiosk URL being truncated in UI by special characters

This is just a minor cosmetic issue, does not impact functionality.

On http://192.168.34.234/settings.php#settings-system

if you configure a Kiosk Start URL of the big buttons plugin eg 'http://localhost/plugin.php?_menu=status&plugin=fpp-BigButtons&page=bigbuttons.php&nopage=1' and then reload the page, the URL has been truncated to http://localhost/plugin.php?_menu

It exists in its full form in all other places, eg settings and kiosk config files no problem.

Please note, Kiosk mode is broken in FPP 8.5. Either use FPP 8.4 for testing, or if you use 8.5 FPPOS and upgrade to master branch, then uninstall and reinstall kiosk (if required)
