Hex Notebook in game does not appear in creative menu nor JEI

As stated in the title, the Hex notebook seems to be missing from these menus in the fabric version specifically, yet still exists upon creation of the world

The notebook exists in the creative menu yet not JEI

Can be seen in creative mode or any time when JEI is installed

idk if this is a JEI issue or a hex casting issue but I'll submit this here anyways

It's still craft-able in Fabric and Forge
