faraday-proxy Command Line Configuration Doesn't Sanitize User Input

Summary

User input is not really well sanitized. i.e. faraday-proxy --number x allows negative numbers which is very much not going to work ;P. Documenting here since it's something we can focus on in a single PR instead of in the massive PR #203
