Make Proxy Serve a Website of Statistics

Summary

It would be really nice to have the ability to publish statistics about the UART and RF operations. This would be a neat and relatively straightforward application of Flask or another project such as Twisted.

Problem Explanation

@reillyeon explained this need and it makes sense. We can see bottlenecks and other statistics about the RF performance since we know what the hardware is seeing. Eventually Faraday may even be able to serve the website itself. @kb1lqd also agrees!
