Is there a way to send specific actions via events or keybindings?

Hello!

I was wondering if there's a way to send actions to it via keybindings, like changing the output device for a specific sound source, or changing the volume of a sound source.

To exemplify my use case: Everyday when I start to work, I would like to change the output device for my Spotify/Youtube from my headphones to my stereo speakers. Another thing I wanted to do is like, when I enter a zoom/teams meeting, I'd like to change the volume to 10% for my music. I was thinking of doing this using AutoHotkey or something like that, but I wouldn't know where to start.
