Request: Add a delay option for actions

I was trying to add an action that would set the volume of any new app launched by changing the foreground app volume after an app is launched but due to the app being added quicker than windows focuses it, it instead changes the volume of whatever I had focused previously. The ability to add a few seconds of delay would fix this, please consider adding it.
