OneMillionMinutes - add page for weekly leadership board

The Twitter bot is collecting a copy of entries logged weekly for #OneMillionMinutes and clears it every Monday 12AM EST. We need to add a page to our website that displays a leadership board with this data.

Hello, I would like to work on this issue!

Couple questions:

1. Will this be a separate page from the main leaderboard or added on to it?
2. If a separate page, will there need to be a navbar on the profile page to navigate to either pages for the leaderboard?
3. If so, will I need to implement that or will that be a whole new issue?

1. I think it would be best if it's a separate page so there's a clear separation between weekly data and accumulated data
2. You don't have to do a nav bar as part of this issue, but we will need one so it would be nice
