Bug Report - Changes are not getting saved (Pokemon Crystal Legacy)

Describe the bug
Changes applied to the bag and to the pokemon party are not being saved to the save file. I get the message that the changes are saved, I exit PKSM and go to the game but no changes are applied

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open PKSM
2. Load the save file
3. Edit the wanted values
4. Save changes
5. Start the game, no changes are applied

Expected behavior
I wanted just to add some items to my bag but despite everything i do, no changes are applied
