Description
As we conducted sync speed analysis - we want to understand whether moving sync to Cloud Function or CLI to Cloud Run will help to reduce initial sync speed (time to see in-progress build). They should be triggered as a webhook.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Analyze speed of moving sync to Cloud Function vs Cloud Run
