Description

Investigate if it is possible to upgrade the Flutter version to the latest stable version for the Metrics Web application.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Provide a conclusion about the possibility of updating the Flutter to the latest stable version.

The investigation showed that we should analyze the approach we should use to avoid using the deprecated classes after the Flutter upgrade. See #1541 for more details.
