Disclaimer: I am not a developer of this project nor was I one at any time, however, per official announcement in the Discord server for this project, @ThinLiquid has officially discountinued this project, meaning that any official websites will shut down and any other hosts will inevetibly disappear unless someone else is willing to take over the project. This means that the proxy functions will no longer work in any of the hosts running FlowOS.

The discontinuation is actually do to the exact reason you are creating this issue, it was discontinued because the project was supposed to be a cool WebOS project @ThinLiquid could just work on in his free time, however people only used it for the proxy. If you need a proxy to unblock websites based on Ultraviolet, you should find a host for Nebula or Incognito.
