Our current flow for indicating a partner is this.

1. User 1 indicates User 2 as their desired partner.
2. User 2 indicates User 1 as their desired partner.
3. The two parties are a match and their partner name is displayed on their applications.

If User 1 looks at their application before step 2. they see no indication of what they entered.

We should reveal to the user what value they entered, so that they can fix any mistakes. And explain that the connection will be made when user 2 selects them.
