Can you make the precompiled binary available for linux in the releases please?

Windows is available, but currently linux requires building from source, and this is not trivial for those who have immutable filesystems on their operating system such as with the Steam Deck.

This is actually blocked by #29.
libpci has ABI incompatibility between versions, so if I'm going to provide a linux build it must be static.
