But unfortunately the CPU still draining up to 30+W. I'm on a Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 14AHP9 with the Ryzen 7 8845HS processor. Secureboot disabled, I tried all of the BIOS power management settings.

I just built the tool on Ubuntu 24.04 (and also on Linux Mint 22, which is basically the same). I limited the CPU to 15W, with the following command:
sudo ./ryzenadj --stapm-limit=15000 --fast-limit=15000 --slow-limit=15000
After running
sudo ./ryzenadj --info
