We should update our Travis-CI matrix to test against these two builds.

Sphinx 3.x doesn't have a simple way to install as they don't provide builds in PPA atm. We might need to roll out our own install steps for this.
Manticore is a fork of Sphinx. They also don't seem to have a simple way for us to grab releases unless we use the GitHub releases API and would be subjected to rate-limiting. This shouldn't be too much of an issue considering that we don't have many changes made all at once. Manticore build fixes #152

Got a WIP branch ci-build-matrix in case anyone wants to continue working on it.

Sphinx 2 still works as usual.
Sphinx 3 has an issue with UDF that needs to be looked into.
Manticore isn't starting for some reason.
