Feature: Radio components activate comparators

As it stands, the Radio Jukebox carries over the vanilla Jukebox comparator functionality, but all speakers and the vanilla + radio noteblock lack comparator integration, which I see as a massive missed opportunity for redstone contraptions. So the feature proposals i have are:

1. Speakers output a comparator value equal to the source block
2. Note blocks output comparator value equal to their pitch when played.
