[1.18.1] crash while playing on server

I'm hosting a small server and the client sometimes crashes. The last time it happened when i joined the server and a new song started playing over the loudspeakers, tho im not sure if it is related to the issue.

The same happens to me!
The client crashes while the radio block is placed anywhere in the world. It crashes when the radio is playing and when it isn't, it crashes when radio blocks are loaded and when they aren't.
My logs looks exactly the same. The most interesting part is that the server doesn't crash, only the client does.
