X20HD20 and S8R

I face to a problem with my radio X20HD to achieve the configuration of a receiver S8R.
Any option can be activated, when I press enter to the choosen option it turns normaly ON but immediately when I release ENTER it turns to OFF.
Have you an idea what appens? under this I cant' acheive the receiver config...

Nota: radio and receiver firmwares are updated with last version through ETOS SUITE.
