TX Charging indicator when connected to USB power source

I just bought Tandem X18SE radio and it looks like there is no good charging indicator.
When switched off radio is connected to USB power source it only lights a power button (green color what is also confusing).

I would assume that it will change its battery, thus I would like to see some progress on a screen.
Any communicate or charge percent would be fine.
Because now it's hard to tell what is going on.

Green means the battery is being charged. The light will go out when the battery is fully charged. The light will turn Blue when the radio is turned on.
