Initial Release of the ScriptPlayer

Initial Release of the ScriptPlayer, might still be buggy but it should work.
Requires Windows 10 Creators Update and .Net Framework Version 4.6.2

The settings menu is hidden on the right side of the window and will become visible when you hover it.
The numpad can be used to zoom/pan videos (e.g. to hide a beatbar) 1,9 = Zoom, 5 = Reset, 8,4,6,2 = Pan.
