[✨ feature] Delete user infos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To respect privacy (& GDPR), we must give the user the ability to delete all their informations and everything associated with them.

Describe the solution you'd like

We already have structured our database so that all informations regarding users are optional.

• We need to delete the user & all of their infos (normally we set up on cascade for that)
• After that the user has to be logged out and redirected to the homepage

None, this is important.
