Version 4.7.0 Installationprocess creates no pages in Database

Using:

Typo3 13.4.4
php 8.2
Apache Server
MariaDB 10.6.

any environment checks and extension-checks are good! anything else seems ok.

Use Official TYPO3 Introduction Package 4.7.0 Installation via BE
After Installation process is done BE show Installation has been succesful. BUT IT IS NOT!

Look into database table "pages" show not entries at all!

I have done this distributed Installation before so many times with Typo3 V12 and switched these days to 13.4.4 and now it doesnt work any longer.
I tried three days before decided to write this issue because I'am running out of solutions.

Please fix this bug a.s.a.p.

Got the same problem in classic installation
