Some spells show incorrect power usage, others missing additional effects (e.g improved blizzard).
however not all are broken, some do work.
Also possible to learn spells from trainers without having the required talents.

.reset talents doesnt work correctly - not all talent points are removed.
talking to trainer doesnt reset talents either.
