doors now working correctly, but close too slowly.

vmangos divides by 0x10000 in in GetAutoCloseTime, trinity doesnt - update importer to handle.

Strat UD back door leaver not working - possibly related to manual db editing? (duplicates got manually removed)

certainly related to duplicates - DMN has 2 doors overlapped, the leaver does work, but only on the one.

Battle grounds have duplicate gates too.
