[DOCUMENTATION]: Fix CHANGELOG.md 0.5.3 release date

Fixes the changelog date, since I remember the update dropping on the 23rd, and there are twitter accounts such as days without fnf updates saying

(0.5.3 was released 5 days ago and as of creating this PR, October 28, 2024, the day of 0.5.3 releasing was October 23, 2024.

The original date is correct, v0.5.3 released earlier on Newgrounds on Oct. 18.

Interesting, I also noticed the changelog was 5 days early.
Though I think they prioritize the Newgrounds release over the other builds (see Week 7)

I mean Newgrounds is mainly why the game is here, it is literally a love letter to the website.

They also said that Week 7 was coming to Itch.IO for download, and I remember checking atleast every day until I gave up in May 2021, and then it finally came along with the Weekend 1 Update.
