Load into 2hot and getting the spray can explosion death

Both errors were present in the same duration, one following after the other. Retrying the song gets rid of the errors but the Exploded Pico animation will not play and instead be the normal Knife Death

Another useful screenshot of this bug can be found in #3308, where the two Pico death animations overlap.
This still happens in 0.5.1
