Error when loading current db, maps not restoring. #72

Recently changed server hosts and when we uploaded the artmap files again (the whole file) it started shooting out a ton of errors within console.

Here is some of what I see in console.

Any idea what may be causing this? I have sqlite installed and I changed the world in config to the current one being used.

also im running the latest version of both the plugin and spigot, running Ubuntu 16.04. Server hardware shouldnt be an issue (its a dedicated server with mid-high tier components) and all plugins are up to date, we did a fresh install of everything needed.
