feat: Added session expired logout feature #1654

Proposed changes

This PR implements a user logged-out feature on session expiry. The user will now be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Please note that moving a cursor will still count as inactivity. In order to be considered active, the user must interact in a way that causes an API call at least once during the 15-minute interval.
