The location section is a little confusing when it comes to hybrid, telework and remote work. I think @substrae has already designed a improvement to the UI with this in mind. Can't find the figma file though

I think the idea was that the current location checkbox group (less the telework option) would be displayed only if Hybrid or On-site were chosen as options.

As this is new/different data then what we currently collect, will need to describe the migration for the devs.

Suggested migration given that we don't want to disadvantage anyone by not referring them for jobs unless they specifically opt-out:

  1. If virtual checkbox (in current checkbox group) is checked - Check "remote work" in the new group.
  2. If any other checkbox is checked in the current location group - Check "hybrid" and "on-site" in the new group.

Alternatively, we could just check all 3 for everyone and let them opt-out later if they want.

We will need to add a matching list of options on the Find Talent flow.

@gobyrne This was the latest design I had landed on:

The idea being that if we collect the user's current location, we can assume they can work in that area for on-site selections. Asking them about relocation then prevents any more clunky location information collection unless they are interested in providing it.
