📋 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://uat-talentcloud.tbs-sct.gc.ca/en/applicant/career-timeline
2. Now click homepage icon on the top which should take you to https://uat-talentcloud.tbs-sct.gc.ca/en
3. Observe you get error page

Doesn't reproduce in local

• Homepage icon should lead the user to the proper page, not the error page

This is happening randomly until I clear the cache and refresh the https://uat-talentcloud.tbs-sct.gc.ca/en to download all assets may be , and then the problem solves for a while.
It comes back after a while though.

@brindasasi are there any errors coming back in the console and if so, what are they? I can't tell from the screen recording.

I was not able to reproduce on local or UAT.
