🐛 Can't add a role for a certain user in prod.

🐛 Bug and Expected Behaviour

In the "Manage access" tab of a pool we are trying to add a process operator with the "Add member" button. When pasting their email address into the box, they show up in the search list. When I click on their name, the box clears back to empty. I can't replicate this locally. It happens the same way with this user in other pools, too. It does not happen to other users. I'm not sure why this user is different.
