Blocked by #76. Implement the optimal harvest time runnable within the insight module:

Use data from previous pipeline stages to run the OHT runnable
Fetch constraints from the datalake to determine whether a part of the field is harvestable
(?) Make a simple regression model to estimate the predicted harvest time
(?) Segment the field by harvest time day
