Code has been written in MW021.7 to be able to write data in a temporary buffer, scalar by scalar, and dump it mid-stream.

This code exists in a branch on a user fork: https://github.com/FlorianDeconinck/serialbox/tree/feature/data_ijkbuff

It requires:

Unit tests
Code cleanup
Documentation

And then:

Merge upstream to GridTools
