Get settings hints from Dolibarr webservices

This will need a 2 step setup procedure:

• Get the webservices parameter to make the webservice requests
• Display the category, thirdparty and entity(?) selects from the request.

No Dolibarr webservice allows getting a list of categories of a particular type.
Getting Thirdparties is possible but the list can be quite long.
Rescheduled for next version.
