PMO needs a standard process for responses from public and/or Partners on handling falsely attributed comments.
helpdesk notifies PMO
helpdesk pulls auditable data (sender email address, API Key Holder (Y/N), IP address, date, content, etc)
PMO contacts Partner Agency as data owner (AB or CCB Member and AA account owner) & advises of incident
--- sends auditable data
--- informs Agency that resolution to incident is Agency decision
--- PMO and Helpdesk execute actions (ie pulling comments from post) as directed by Agency
--- if public customer, Helpdesk to follow-up with customer of Agency contact information
--- Helpdesk closes incident
--- if API Key Holder is source, PMO to follow-up with API Key Holder with Terms of Agreement reminder & post incident notes to file.
