Regulations.gov API Key Holder Master List

In lieu of recent data integrity issues originating from some Regs.gov APIs (i.e. misattributed comments to public customers, duplicate submitted comments as identified via Deduplication reports), PMO has need to manage an accurate list of all API (POST/GET) key holders. At present, PMO (Mary Davis) maintains the list of validated API requestors (via LexisNexis). There are likely more API key holders in existence that predate some of the PMO resources' tenure in the Program. Additionally, with the lapse access to LexisNexis user accounts, FDMS Helpdesk is maintaining a list of "provisionally" authorized API requestors. All of the lists need to be reconciled to an Regulations.gov API Key Holder master List.
