Who: Potential CMS users
Why: Interviewing the users who will be using the new CMS to determine what their requirements are so that we refine the requirements for a new CMS based on the users needs.

Tasks

  • Identify questions that need to be answers
  • Identify users and reach out to them
  • Conduct the interview
  • Analyze results and present findings
