User Story:
As a Challenge.gov customer, I want to understand Challenge.gov usage for federal and public audiences during FY 24 and insights to increase usage.

Acceptance Criteria:
FY24 platform and program data is analyzed to identify trends and insights. Trends, insights, and recommendations for FY25 program updates are presented.
