When examining traffic in google analytics, one of the most common pages traversed is a repeating url (fedramp.gov/https://www.fedramp.gov/). When visiting that URL it returns a 301 moved permanently error. This would leave us to believe that the source of the repeating url is due to a redirect from http to https. The configuration of that redirect should be examined as it is impacting the google analytics data quality.
