As a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) representative, I want a Queue Dashboard on FedRAMP.gov so that I can monitor the status and timelines of the PMO review processes.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The dashboard displays the current number of CSPs in queue for FedRAMP Ready PMO review.
• The dashboard shows the average number of days it currently takes to complete the FedRAMP Ready PMO review.
• The dashboard displays the current number of CSPs in queue for FedRAMP Authorization PMO review.
• The dashboard shows the average number of days it currently takes to complete the FedRAMP Authorization PMO review.

Other Recommended Metrics:

The purpose of these metrics is to assist CSPs in determining whether they want to undertake the FedRAMP process by providing insights into the time commitment and overall feasibility.

Historical Data Trends:

• Historical trends of queue lengths for both FedRAMP Ready and Authorization PMO reviews over the past months or years.
• Historical trends of average review times for both review types.

Approval Rates:

• The percentage of CSPs that successfully achieve FedRAMP Ready status after the PMO review.
• The percentage of CSPs that successfully achieve FedRAMP Authorization after the PMO review.

Breakdown by CSP Characteristics:

• Breakdown of queue lengths and review times by CSP size (e.g., small, medium, large).
• Breakdown of queue lengths and review times by CSP industry or sector.

Review Cycle Times:

• Average time taken for each phase of the PMO review process (e.g., initial submission review, documentation review, final approval).
• Bottleneck analysis identifying which phases typically take the longest.

Comparison Metrics:

• Comparison of current review times and queue lengths against benchmarks or goals.
• Performance comparisons between different review periods (e.g., quarterly or yearly).
