Hi @CathyBeil I'm not sure at what point we want to proactively notify our partners that this is happening, but presumably sometime before we delete explanatory content about message parts? Thoughts?

morning! to add here @ecayer, we do have an optional 'informative status component' that could be useful if we do decide to have a message that is viewable on the site. use and placement is not confirmed, but placement could be on the Using Notify landing page. see ticket 2236 if you two would like to discuss; happy to support the conversation

Yes, we should message about the change before it happens, and removing or updating the "tracking usage" page should be bundled with changes to dashboard/activity/send flows to reflect message-based accounting. I've got a draft message started here.
