Wet concrete stored in Tinker's seared tanks does not render its liquid inside the inventory and world

Your Expectation

The tank shows the liquid it stores similar to lava/water. I produced wet concrete inside a mixer and used seared tanks instead of cells to move it around.

The Reality

The tank looks empty. The tooltip is also broken, stating Contains wet.concrete.

Your Proposal

Implement the rendering for the liquid. If someone can point me into the right direction, I can tackle this one down.
