Doubling pattern button in interfaces won't require Pattern optimization matrix.

The Reality

Doubling patterns in interfaces started requiring Pattern optimization matrix.
Even placing it in net does not open button!

Probably broke after adding new button in interfaces GTNewHorizons/Applied-Energistics-2-Unofficial#593
