I can't exactly say why this happened, the crash itself is pretty rare (seems like some kind of a race condition). The first occurrence of this crash was in June, which should be 2.6.1. From that time, I have had only 4 crashes across 2 servers.

I now suspect that it was a profiler + 23 eclipse-temurin docker image, closing for now
