Feature Request: Add the ability to create alerts

Apologize if this is already in place, being worked on, or is deemed out of scope of what you are trying to achieve with this project as today is the first day I have set eyes on it. Great job on setting up such a worthwhile and giving project.

So my feature request is to give users the ability to create alerts for their specific criteria.

As a user of vaccine spotter
I would like to create alerts on the system's data
So that when a vaccine becomes available within my criteria I can receive an email or some other notification and make an appointment.

I will continue in my free time to dig into the project and become more familiar with it to see if I can contribute with a feature such as this.

I added a quick side project that allows you to run alerts locally https://github.com/rayk47/covid-vaccine-spotter-notifications
This would obviously look a lot different if introduced to this project

• It would need a UI
• It would need an API to create notification requests
• It would need to store notification requests in a database and store previous appointment results in the database
• Security starts to become a concern as you start to take in user emails
• The ability to remove notification requests would need to be added so that users do to get notifications until the end of time
