Consider print on demand options

Great to see that you’re considering writing a book about dhall! We’d be very happy to buy a couple of copies once it’s done. I guess it will aid Onboarding engineers to our techstack and provide a good reference. I also imagine the book would be a great giveaway at meet-ups (we're trying to put something together in Frankfurt, Germany this year).

There’s various options that have a print on demand service so you can get physical copies while not putting up with batch prints and inventory. I know that e.g. https://github.com/ravendb/book publishes this way on Amazon. The self publish print on demand quality is not up to par with the likes of O‘Reilly books but it’s certainly good enough.
